Course Fee: You are required to pay $93 (Ninety-Three Dollars) as the course fee to the Service Provider, excluding taxes and gateway fees.

Recording Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from copying the classes conducted by the Service Provider through voice recording, screen recording, or video recording.

Confidentiality: You agree not to discuss our course materials, techniques, or any other course-related matters with others, nor share such information on social media platforms.

Use of Earning Proof and Reviews: You may not use screenshots of your earning proofs or our student reviews without obtaining prior permission from Upbright Pvt Ltd.

Refund Policy: Please note that your course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Misuse of Software: You must not misuse the software provided / teach by the course provider, including using its confidential information to engage in illegal activities.

Prohibition on Offering Similar Courses: You agree not to offer any online earning courses that you have learned from Upbright Pvt Ltd, with the intention of profiting from it or any other purposes.

Compliance with Class Rules: You are required to strictly follow the class rules, which include keeping your video on, participating respectfully in chat discussions, keeping your microphone on, sharing your screen when necessary, attending all sessions, and submitting assignments on time.

Fiverr Account Verification: You consent to allow the service provider to verify your Fiverr account as needed.

Acceptance of Future Changes: You agree to accept any future changes made by the service provider.

Class Timetable: You acknowledge and accept the class timetable as updated on the website.

Batch Transfer: In the event of batch transfer, you may be required to pay an additional amount or penalty payment determined by the service provider.

Course Transfer: Once payment is made, it is not possible to switch courses within the class. The payment will only be applicable to the specific course chosen and cannot be transferred to any other course.

Trustworthiness and Policy Compliance: You are expected to maintain trustworthiness and refrain from conflicting with the policies of the service provider at all times.

Parent/Guardian Details: If you are under the age of 18, you must provide the details of your parents or guardian to the service provider, including their National Identity Card / Driving Licience / Passport.

Legal Action: You are obligated to strictly adhere to all the terms and conditions outlined in the STUDENT AGREEMENT. Failure to comply may result in legal action initiated by the service provider in the Valaichchenai District Court to seek compensation.
